fusion-text-1\" style=\"transform:translate3d(0,0,0);\"><p>\u201cAtrav\u00e9s do Acordo sobre o Espa\u00e7o Economico Europeu (EEE), a Isl\u00e2ndia, o Liechtenstein e a Noruega s\u00e3o parceiros no mercado interno com os Estados-Membros da Uni\u00e3o Europeia.<\/p>\n<p>Como forma de promover um continuo e equilibrado refor\u00e7o das rela\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f3micas e comerciais, as partes do Acordo do EEE estabeleceram um Mecanismo Financeiro plurianual, conhecido como EEA Grants.<\/p>\n<p>Os EEA Grants t\u00eam como objetivos reduzir as disparidades sociais e econ\u00f3micas na Europa e refor\u00e7ar as rela\u00e7\u00f5es bilaterais entre estes tr\u00eas pa\u00edses e os pa\u00edses benefici\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>Para o per\u00edodo 2014-2021, foi acordada uma contribui\u00e7\u00e3o total de 2,8 mil milh\u00f5es de euros para 15 pa\u00edses benefici\u00e1rios. enviesamento de g\u00e9nero;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>C<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ontribuir para o conhecimento e informa\u00e7\u00e3o dos dirigentes, delegados sindicais e membros das mesas de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o colectiva, associa\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais e patronais, em mat\u00e9ria de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o salarial de g\u00e9nero e igualdade de oportunidades entre mulheres e Projeto &#8220;Avaliar Fun\u00e7\u00f5es e Remunera\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; Promover a Igualdade no Vestu\u00e1rio e Curtumes&#8221;, financiado pelo Programa Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o e Igualdade de G\u00e9nero EEA Grants, gerido pela Comiss\u00e3o para a Cidadania e Igualdade de G\u00e9nero, em parceria com as associa\u00e7\u00f5es patronais, ANIVEC\/APIV e APIC, realizou dois Semin\u00e1rios para Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de dois Estudos \u201cConstru\u00e7\u00e3o de um Sistema de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Fun\u00e7\u00f5es e Remunera\u00e7\u00f5es para a Ind\u00fastria do Vestu\u00e1rio e para a Ind\u00fastria de Curtumes\u201d, nos dias 12 de janeiro, em Guimar\u00e3es (Hotel de Guimar\u00e3es), e no dia 20 de janeiro em Alcanena (Museu dos Curtumes), respetivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Estes Semin\u00e1rios contaram com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o e interven\u00e7\u00e3o da parceria do projeto, de entidades governamentais e institucionais, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais, trabalhadores e class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\" style=\"transform:translate3d(0,0,0);\"><p>Este projeto \u201cConstru\u00e7\u00e3o de um Sistema de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Fun\u00e7\u00f5es e Remunera\u00e7\u00f5es nos CCT das Ind\u00fastrias do Vestu\u00e1rio e Curtumes com vista \u00e0 melhoria da Qualidade do Emprego e promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Igualdade\u201d conseguiu atingir os objetivos a que se prop\u00f4s e desenvolveu um trabalho de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o para os sectores do Vestu\u00e1rio e dos Curtumes que permitiu analisar, avaliar e comparar o conte\u00fado funcional das categorias profissionais com maior peso da \u00e1rea da produ\u00e7\u00e3o da ind\u00fastria do Vestu\u00e1rio e dos Curtumes.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados deste trabalho de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o plasmados nos dois estudos elaborados, para o sector do Vestu\u00e1rio e para o sector dos Curtumes, que foram apresentados nos semin\u00e1rios realizados em Guimar\u00e3es no dia 12 de janeiro de 2023 (Estudo para o sector Vestu\u00e1rio) e em Alcanena no dia 20 de janeiro de 2023 (Estudo para o sector dos Curtumes).<\/p>\n<p>Os dois trabalhados de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o realizados permitiram identificar as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o ainda persistentes no sector do vestu\u00e1rio e dos curtumes bem como situa\u00e7\u00f5es de segrega\u00e7\u00e3o vertical e horizontal que penalizam e desvalorizam o trabalho desempenhado pelas mulheres nestas ind\u00fastrias.<\/p>\n<p>Perante os resultados obtidos a parceria comprometeu-se no \u00e2mbito dos processos de Di\u00e1logo Social e de Negocia\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva Sectorial refletir e intervir no sentido de mitigar as situa\u00e7\u00f5es identificadas e promover nestas ind\u00fastrias a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o
